Spring Health is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their team and contribute to mobile engineering initiatives.
The role involves designing and expanding the capabilities of the Flutter app.
The Mobile Engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional pod to find solutions for mental healthcare challenges.
Responsibilities include building high-quality UI components, contributing to the design system, and ensuring a robust and scalable codebase.
The successful candidate will identify areas for stack growth, collaborate with the mobile team, and make architecture decisions.
The role requires maintaining operational excellence, expanding testing coverage, and delivering projects on time with high quality.
The Mobile Engineer will mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and address high severity bugs promptly.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional development experience is required for this position.
Hands-on experience with Flutter and/or other mobile languages and concepts is essential.
Curiosity towards learning React web and implementing automations like CI/CD actions is expected.
Bonus points for experience with Ruby on Rails (Backend development) and GraphQL.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on an agile team, writing well-designed tests, and coaching engineers.
Embracing new challenges, participating in pair programming, and advocating for process improvements are key requirements.
Benefits:
The target base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,250, with additional stock options and benefits.
