Lime is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their team and help revolutionize urban transportation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of professional software development experience with a proven track record of building impactful products or systems.
Proficiency in writing logical and maintainable code, along with providing constructive feedback during code reviews.

Strong data insight and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
An outcomes-oriented focus, emphasizing impact in work.

Preferred experience includes familiarity with IoT-connected devices and programming languages Ruby and Go.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $121,000 and $147,000, with the possibility of an annual performance bonus, equity, and additional benefits.
