As a Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch innovative products in the online jewelry industry.
Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining backend features that are customer-centric, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
You will ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
The position requires collaboration with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
You will debug and resolve complex technical issues, provide support to internal teams and external customers, and mentor junior developers.
Active participation in discussions to improve the overall customer experience on the Nivoda platform is expected.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in backend development with Node.js is required.
At least 2 years of experience working with GraphQL is necessary.
A strong foundation in database concepts with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL is essential.
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code are required.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities are necessary for this role.
A B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
