Requirements:

  • Around 2 years or more of experience in software development, with a focus on Ruby and frameworks like Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment.
  • Familiarity with event-based systems like Kafka and proficient in using Git or other version control systems.
  • Ability to work in a KPI-oriented team, taking responsibility for product outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work in distributed teams with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in writing maintainable code with good documentation, tests, and structure.
  • Willingness to learn continuously, share knowledge, communicate effectively, and develop products in close collaboration with others.
