Remote Software Engineer Senior

Description:

• Develop specific functionalities outlined in each mission (initiatives).
• Review team's code.
• Plan the day with the team during daily meetings.
• Contribute knowledge to refine tasks to be worked on.
• Estimate tasks to be worked on.
• Engage in pair-programming with other team members.
• Propose technical improvements to the product on a weekly/biweekly basis.
• Share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in rotating product support.
• Shape the scope of the initiatives being carried out.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of development experience.
• Solid experience in Back-end development with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong experience using front-end technologies like Javascript (React).
• Solid experience using NodeJS.
• Proficiency in English at a technical level.
• Intermediate level of AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Experience in creating solutions.
• Bonus points for experience with RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of infrastructure is a plus.
• Desirable familiarity with Redshift, Sidekiq, Typescript.
• Experience with NetCore/C# for using tools like DevExpress.
• Proactive and communicative work style.
• Experience using Datadog.
• Experience in automated test programming (preferably TDD).
