Remote Software Engineer (Training)

Description:

• Allergan Data Labs is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team focused on transforming the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie.
• The successful candidate will work on innovative technologies, including the Allē platform, to deliver curated promotions and personalized experiences to millions of consumers and aesthetics providers.
• Responsibilities include championing code quality, conducting design and code reviews, collaborating with key stakeholders, mentoring software engineers, and contributing to strategic software architecture decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, REST, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, AWS, Serverless, Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and code testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with Learning Management System integration is a plus.
