Remote Software Engineer (Typescript & Node.js)

Description:

• Snyk is a developer security platform that helps development teams find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• The AppSec Admin team within the Application Security division focuses on leading Snyk into the Enterprise by managing the tools used to scale Snyk.
• Responsibilities include pair-programming to build services, maintaining and extending existing services using best practices and new technologies, collaborating on architectural decisions, promoting code quality through reviews, and participating in the on-call rotation.
• The role involves working across the full stack, collaborating with design teams on UX, and being proactive, accountable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Ideal candidates should be familiar with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Go, or willing to learn, committed to code quality, experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD), and comfortable with pair programming.

Requirements:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
