Requirements:

• A BS in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software architecture is necessary.
• Experience with legacy software migration and cloud-native technologies is required.
• Candidates should be familiar with CI/CD best practices and have the ability to lead architecture and code reviews.
• Experience with containerized environments and enterprise-level software development tools is essential.
• Understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, and Test Driven Development, is required.
• Proficiency with source control management tools such as GIT is necessary.
• Candidates must demonstrate a disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Familiarity with software development frameworks like Spring and delivery platforms such as Jira and TFS is preferred.
• Candidates should possess big picture problem-solving skills and be outside-the-box thinkers.
