Description:

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Architect to join their growing Enterprise Solutions Architecture Team, which focuses on deploying the Dynatrace platform at scale for enterprise clients.
The role involves assisting customers with complex integrations, supporting Enterprise Solutions Architects with delivery tasks, and contributing to the development of the Elevate portal.
Team members will engage with a variety of technologies and techniques while collaborating with top organizations globally.
The position offers clear career growth paths to becoming an Enterprise/Senior Solution Architect or Managing Architect.
Solution Architects are expected to own at least one innovation from design to delivery each year and lead major accounts with significant deployment rollouts.
The role requires mentoring Senior Solutions Engineers and managing Lab Environments and Initiatives.

Requirements:

Prior experience using Dynatrace or managing APM solutions is a major plus.
Candidates must have at least 5+ years of development experience in an object-oriented language, with a solid understanding of byte-code based runtimes like Java or .NET.
A general understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required, with expertise in at least one.
A solid understanding of network and software security models, protocols, and certificates is necessary.
Candidates should have a general understanding of network topologies, routing, and load balancers.
Familiarity with container-based solutions like Docker and Kubernetes is important.
Outstanding communication and writing skills are essential for leading multi-day meetings.
Experience with Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability is a plus.
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows OS is required, with advanced Linux skills being a plus.
Candidates should be able to develop automation and repeatable processes/scripts for client applications.
Understanding of PaaS concepts and implementations is a plus.
Solid to expert hands-on experience with SQL is required.
Strong skills in diagramming and articulating designs and solutions are necessary.
Candidates must be able to gather customer requirements and translate them into deliverables.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycles and Continuous Integration/Delivery is important.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $100K to $125K, depending on experience, education, and location.
