Description:

We are looking for a proactive, technically exceptional Solution Engineer to join Zerion’s API team and help us scale the future of onchain infrastructure.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success.
The role involves supporting developers, improving onboarding, and enhancing the experience of teams building on top of our API.
You will play a critical role in reducing engineering load by handling Tier 1–2 API support, translating feedback into actionable insights, and ensuring developers using our API feel unblocked, empowered, and excited to build.
Responsibilities include acting as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating Zerion API, diagnosing edge cases, debugging and fixing issues, and unblocking partners for tier 1–2 engineering challenges.
You will write well-structured and efficient code contributing to the development of new services and features.
Collaboration with engineers to triage and resolve problems efficiently is essential.
You will maintain and improve technical documentation, SDKs, and developer onboarding flows.
The role also involves shaping the product by implementing customer-driven features in close collaboration with the product manager and monitoring developer success metrics to reduce time-to-value.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid engineering fundamentals with at least 3+ years of development experience.
A solid understanding of Web3 concepts, including wallets, NFTs, and DeFi, is required.
Hands-on experience with Web3 projects, whether personal (pet projects) or commercial use, is necessary.
Strong experience with Golang is required.
A strong understanding of API architecture, REST conventions, tokens/auth flows, and error handling is essential.
Experience debugging and resolving complex issues in production systems is required.
Candidates should have experience with developer platforms or supporting external development teams.
