Description:

  • Next Matter is seeking a Solution Engineer to support the implementation of their No-Code Workflow Automation Platform across the DACH region.
  • The role involves working directly with enterprise clients and collaborating with the Customer Success Lead and Product and Engineering teams.
  • Responsibilities include maximizing customer value, ensuring successful implementation, and driving platform adoption.
  • The position offers a unique opportunity to influence the expansion strategy in Canada as an early hire.
  • Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in process optimization, managing account roadmaps, onboarding and training users, delivering technical support, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in similar roles focused on technical implementation or digital transformation consulting.
  • Experience with enterprise implementation projects is required.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to build API calls or short scripts in JavaScript or Python is necessary, along with experience in deploying serverless functions with version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, is essential.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both business and technology stakeholders are required.
  • A customer-centric mindset demonstrating grit, persistence, and a passion for driving customer success is important.
  • Proficiency in German is required for communication with DACH clients, while English is the company's working language.
