• You will collaborate with teams across customer organizations to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to meet client needs and goals.
• The role involves investigating new techniques and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and efficiency.
• You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and development teams to evangelize the benefits of predictive capability and engage with customers to understand their technology stack.
• Responsibilities include assisting with the integration of PreCrime, designing and developing scripts and API integrations, managing complex proof-of-value projects, and creating a repeatable demo environment.
• You will document projects to drive standardization, train partners' technical personnel, and support API integration activities post-onboarding.

Requirements:

• You must have successful experience as a technical consultant, technical pre-sales engineer, solution architect, or in a customer/partner-facing role.
• A strong understanding of networking infrastructure, DNS protocols, security tools, cloud hosting architectures, and integration use cases is required.
• Experience with Python scripting and programming skills for developing integrations is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to conduct high-level technical discussions and customer engagements; proficiency in English is required, and additional European languages are a plus.
• You should be able to collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills are a must.
• A robust technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies are essential.
• Expertise in cybersecurity market knowledge and an understanding of industry trends and opportunities are required.
