Description:
Pigment is a rapidly growing SaaS company that has developed an efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform to help companies achieve their financial goals.
The Solutions Architect will work closely with customers to transform their existing solutions and business challenges into advanced, multi-dimensional models by designing and building Pigment applications.
This role includes training customers to become self-sufficient in using the solution and acting as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team.
Responsibilities include understanding and documenting business requirements, participating in User Acceptance Testing and deployment, integrating source software and migration solutions, developing design and architecture documentation, leading cross-functional projects, and managing the quality of implementation by partners.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler is required.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience working in a consultative capacity at a large company within financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, or a management consulting firm that implements EPM platforms for large clients.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with consulting firms or system integrators focused on financial transformation, business applications, or EPM implementation.
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Candidates should be exceptionally skilled in building complex systems and explaining them to stakeholders in a simple manner.
The ability to handle a high volume of unstructured data and structure and validate it is essential.
A strong willingness to learn about diverse customer use cases and client companies is necessary.
Candidates must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
Experience in meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision is required.
Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, aligning with consulting best practices, are essential.
