Description:

The Solutions Engineer at Allium works closely with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the Allium platform.
This role is technical and customer-facing, involving the design of custom solutions to meet specific blockchain data needs.
Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their blockchain data requirements, designing and implementing tailored data analytics solutions, offering ongoing technical support, gathering customer feedback for product improvements, and creating documentation for customer implementations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript is necessary, along with experience in data analytics tools.
Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar field, with a proven track record of designing customer solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills are essential to manage multiple customer projects.
A solid understanding of blockchain technology and its data structures is required, with knowledge of data security and privacy best practices considered a plus.
