Description:

Sonar is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Sydney, working remotely.
The Solutions Engineering team focuses on helping prospective customers achieve technical success with Sonar's products.
The role involves providing deep technical expertise to prospects and supporting them in evaluating Sonar's solutions.
Daily responsibilities include helping customers understand the Clean as You Code approach, driving technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities, advising on deployment strategies, troubleshooting technical problems, ensuring successful product adoption, and providing technical enablement to channel partners.

Requirements:

Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
Excellent presentation skills are required for effective communication with prospects.
A working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure, is necessary.
The ability to deliver compelling demonstrations that help people understand software solutions is essential.
Candidates must be able to dive into complex technical problems, perform troubleshooting, develop solutions, and articulate them clearly in both verbal and written forms.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, receiving and giving feedback, and sharing knowledge is important.
A can-do attitude is required, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements and innovations.
Business-level proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
