Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers, prospects, and the community by delivering deep learning solutions and automating support using advanced A.I. techniques.
The role involves collaborating with the go-to-market team, researchers, and engineers to identify technologies, integrations, and workflows that enhance the support experience.
Responsibilities include creating automated solutions to address customer issues, interacting directly with customers to generate training data, and improving the product codebase to enhance customer experience.
The Solutions Engineer will be tasked with triaging immediate issues, solving complex bugs, and advising on integration best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong engineering background with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Experience in delivering software demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, developers, and non-technical users, is required.
Proven experience in partnering with sales teams to provide technical solutions that drive business growth is necessary.

An understanding of modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, and HuggingFace models is preferred.
