Description:

• Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers, prospects, and the community by delivering deep learning solutions and automating support using advanced A.I. techniques.
• The role involves collaborating with the go-to-market team, researchers, and engineers to identify technologies, integrations, and workflows that enhance the support experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong engineering background with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Experience in delivering software demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, developers, and non-technical users, is required.
• Proven experience in partnering with sales teams to provide technical solutions that drive business growth is necessary.

• An understanding of modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, and HuggingFace models is preferred.
