Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers, prospects, and the community by delivering deep learning solutions and automating support using advanced A.I. techniques.
The role involves collaborating with Deepgram’s go-to-market team, researchers, and engineers to identify technologies, integrations, and workflows that enhance the support experience.
Responsibilities include identifying and solving customer issues by building automated solutions, triaging immediate issues, problem-solving bugs, and improving the product codebase to enhance customer experience.
The Solutions Engineer will engage directly with customers to create new training data and vet automation tools, while also advising on integration best practices and leveraging technology for business value.
The position requires a highly technical and analytical approach to solving customer challenges and building prototypes rapidly while collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements:
