Description:

KPA is a leading provider of Workforce Compliance software and consulting services, founded in 1986.
The Solutions Engineer will specialize in the manufacturing industry and drive growth by delivering value-driven solutions.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to support sales campaigns and contribute to product enhancement.
Responsibilities include arming the sales team with content, providing technical support throughout the sales process, and ensuring the technical close to meet manufacturing needs.
The Solutions Engineer will conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, educate clients on KPA's offerings, and lead the RFP process.
Collaboration with sales team members on presentations and demonstrations is essential.
The role involves assisting in sales training and building an understanding of competing products.
Attendance at conferences and tradeshows is required for presentations and client interactions.
The position is remote, with occasional in-office events expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
A deep technical expertise in SaaS platforms and cloud technologies is required.
A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety requirements is essential.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and technical sales tools is required.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
A sales mindset and the ability to align KPA's value proposition with prospects’ pain points are important.
Previous experience with document generation and business process automation is a plus.
