Description:

The Solutions Engineer at Turquoise Health will collaborate with the Product team to enhance the product suite and build features by querying and analyzing hospital and health system contract data.
They will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through healthcare pricing data and helping them analyze the impact of contracting changes.
Responsibilities include creating machine-readable files for customers, analyzing payer-provider contracts, and addressing critical business and infrastructure issues through data extraction.
The role involves deepening understanding of Turquoise’s product suite, undertaking special projects, providing analytics support, and prioritizing technical feedback from customers.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare consulting in a technical/analytical role is required.
In-depth knowledge of payer-provider contracting, reimbursement mechanisms, claims pricing, hospital revenue cycle, and factors contributing to healthcare costs is essential.
Strong SQL skills are a must, experience with other analytical languages and BI tools is a plus.
The candidate should have a high standard for quality assurance, analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary for working with internal stakeholders and building strong customer relationships.
The ability to produce high-quality work at a fast pace, and effective communication and collaboration skills across different levels and functions are also required.

The salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$145,000, determined by role, level, skills, experience, and education.
