Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Design and implement sophisticated solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration of Movement Labs' technology
• Develop customized proofs of concept (PoCs), solution diagrams, and implementation plans
• Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements and provide post-sales support
• Gather and share valuable feedback from clients with internal teams to influence the product roadmap
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of technology
• Partner with the business development team to own technical aspects of client engagements
• Explain and demonstrate Movement Labs’ products to prospective clients
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base with information about current and future products
• Represent Movement Labs in online communities and support builders in hackathons and other platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in the blockchain industry
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the Move Programming language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working with developers on implementing, integrating, and building blockchain solutions
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, specifically the Move ecosystem
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Understanding of Web3, crypto, and community dynamics
• Proactive mindset with a constant drive to improve
