Description:
Design and implement sophisticated solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration of Movement Labs' technology
Develop customized proofs of concept (PoCs), solution diagrams, and implementation plans
Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements and provide post-sales support
Gather and share valuable feedback from clients with internal teams to influence the product roadmap
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless integration of technology
Partner with the business development team to own technical aspects of client engagements
Explain and demonstrate Movement Labs’ products to prospective clients
Build and maintain an internal knowledge base with information about current and future products
Represent Movement Labs in online communities and support builders in hackathons and other platforms
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in the blockchain industry
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the Move Programming language
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Experience working with developers on implementing, integrating, and building blockchain solutions
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, specifically the Move ecosystem
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints effectively
Understanding of Web3, crypto, and community dynamics
Proactive mindset with a constant drive to improve
