Description:
As a Solutions Engineer, Implementation at SafeBase, you will be a technical champion supporting customers throughout their SafeBase journey, including pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing support.
You will operate in a consultative manner, acting as a trusted partner, subject matter expert, and advisor to help customers achieve their business objectives through technical solutions.
Responsibilities include owning the implementation and configuration of Enterprise customer integrations such as Salesforce, SAML, and DocuSign.
You will communicate regularly with internal stakeholder groups like Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align product roadmap with customer requirements.
Providing ongoing technical support to customers, troubleshooting integration issues, NDAs, and customer error tracking.
Crafting comprehensive help articles and technical content to demonstrate how to implement specific use cases or best practices.
Actively seeking ways to improve processes through experience, team collaboration, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion independently.
High-level technical understanding of software and concepts like Cloud Service Providers, Identity Providers, CDN’s, Authentication Providers, and Email Delivery Services.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with large enterprise customers and managing multiple moving parts during onboarding.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and enjoy being customer-facing to help them achieve their business goals.
