  • As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will manage, grow, and maintain the network of compute providers.

  • The technology stack includes Golang, JavaScript, Postgres, Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies.
  • Responsibilities include building, configuring, managing, and maintaining Overclock Labs owned infrastructure, supporting community network providers, working with customers on deployments, participating in technical discussions, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker in production is required.
  • Strong Linux system administration skills are essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including networking, cloud services, orchestration tools, containerization, compute, and storage systems, is necessary.
  • Experience with automation tools like Terraform and Ansible is required.
  • Understanding and experience with telemetry and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk are important.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tooling similar to Jenkins is expected.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A passion for automation and DRY best practices is essential.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, take initiative, and possess a sense of ownership.
  • Must be based in North America or be willing to work North America hours.
