Description:
The Rewards team at Recharge is responsible for building and maintaining functionality to engage, retain, and reward customers, including core features like Credits and Customer services.
As a Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer, you will extend the Reward platform by developing features in various portals and APIs, collaborating with peers and other teams at Recharge.
The tech stack includes Python, Flask, React with Remix, Vue.js, Kubernetes, GCP, Elasticsearch, Redis, Terraform, and more.
You will work remotely but closely with teammates, prioritize rapid prototyping, and deliver high-impact, high-performance products.
Responsibilities include building scalable products, debugging issues, performing code reviews, and providing feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for engineering simple solutions, be self-driven, demonstrate high self-sufficiency, and show versatility across the full-stack.
Requirements:
5+ years of development experience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on cloud computing and full-stack development.
Proficiency in Python, Serverless, Kubernetes, GCP or AWS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with micro-service architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Demonstrable cloud computing experience and prior e-commerce experience are preferred.
Ability to work remote-first, prioritize tasks with immediate business impact, and demonstrate ownership qualities.
