Remote Sr. GTM Data Analyst

Description:

• The Senior GTM Data Analyst will empower GTM teams (Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps) to make strategic decisions and drive optimal outcomes.
• This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and guiding sales strategies.
• The analyst will report to the VP of Analytics and will leverage expertise to uncover insights that fuel the GTM strategy.
• Responsibilities include becoming an expert in Versapay's GTM strategy, generating actionable insights from comprehensive analysis, and creating frameworks for evaluating GTM initiatives.
• The analyst will design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and collaborate with GTM teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
• Mapping and analyzing the customer journey to identify key conversion drivers and opportunities for personalized messaging is also a key responsibility.
• The role requires engaging with GTM and Finance leadership to develop a cohesive vision and measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

• A degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of proven experience leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions, ideally within a GTM or marketing context, is required.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to partner with and influence cross-functional GTM teams by translating complex data into insights that drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, techniques, and experience developing predictive models and forecasting is essential.
• Advanced SQL skills, proficiency with Python/R, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) are required.
• A "builder" mentality with a track record of defining and executing high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments is necessary.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data analysis into strategic recommendations is required.
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A high degree of integrity and the ability to inspire change are essential traits for this role.
