Remote Sr. Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Description:

• Craft is looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with experience in building integrated, scalable, and robust SaaS applications and APIs.
• Responsibilities include building features and services using technologies like React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Working in small, empowered feature teams with teammates across different disciplines to drive complex features from start to finish.
• Collaborating closely with designers to implement best practices in UX/UI.
• Opportunities for ownership of features and areas with increasing scope, as well as for technical and leadership growth.
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and being mentored.
• Advocating for modern engineering best practices and using metrics to measure change.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (AWS and Terraform are a plus).
• Strong vanilla JavaScript skills, knowledge of CSS and styles, experience in React framework, and GraphQL and Apollo.
• Experience working with databases like Postgres or MongoDB, understanding in SSR, and knowledge in different JavaScript/CSS approaches.
• Experience implementing complex software systems and services, responsive/adaptive design, and self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
