The Sr. Software Engineer I position at Flywire involves building and maintaining the main payment experience for the platform.
Responsibilities include designing new features, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring high-quality code in both frontend and backend.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in SPA-based web application development in both frontend and backend.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, performant, and reliable web applications and distributed systems.
Familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, relational databases, and Web Accessibility principles.
Knowledge of object-oriented fundamentals, cross-functional team dynamics, and o11y principles.
Fluent in English, with experience in FinTech or the payment industry being appreciated.
Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality code.
