Description:
The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Provider Access team, focusing on developing and maintaining the onboarding experience for providers, including therapists and psychiatrists.
The role involves designing and building robust full-stack solutions that are essential for the growth and operations of the provider network.
Responsibilities include implementing new features and ensuring a seamless user experience in the provider onboarding flow through both back-end and front-end development.
The engineer will address complex technical challenges and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve offerings.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience.
Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed (SQL/No-SQL) web applications is required.
Previous production experience with React, Typescript, or Node.js is necessary.
Experience working directly with product and design teams is essential.
Candidates should have experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholders' needs.
A good understanding of modern application architecture, API design patterns, data modeling, security, performance, and scaling is required.
Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, with an emphasis on planning, execution, and measuring success, is necessary.
