Description:
Decentraland is the world’s first fully decentralized, Ethereum blockchain-based virtual social world, built, governed, and owned by its users.
The Data Analytics team member will enhance data-driven decision-making for product and content teams.
Responsibilities include transforming, cleaning, and modeling raw data into structured datasets using DBT, developing and maintaining data models, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
The role involves implementing data quality checks, collaborating with stakeholders to enforce data governance best practices, and designing metrics and KPIs for new products or features.
The position requires advanced analytics to shape data products and empower user experiences, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to determine business data reporting and analysis requirements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or in similar roles, with a proven record of delivering successful, user-centric data solutions.
A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, actively seeking opportunities in a unique platform with many unknown challenges.
A clear focus on business and product objectives and results.
Strong collaboration skills and a sense of teamwork.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas within a cross-functional team.

Proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering.
Solid understanding of ETL & ELT principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems, as well as proficiency in Python.
Experience with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Metabase, or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
