The company is seeking an AI Product Engineer to join their AI team, focusing on deploying responsible AI within the Modern Health ecosystem.
The role involves developing and implementing AI-powered products, utilizing LLMs, embeddings, and other ML/AI technologies.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, productionizing AI integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on AI technologies.
The position is fully remote, but requires overlapping hours with Pacific time, and is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in building and prototyping products, with a solid understanding of the full stack from user experience to data models, and familiarity with RDS, ideally Postgres.
Strong problem-solving skills are required, with an understanding of first principles thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity while considering business impact.
Empathetic communication and collaboration skills are essential, including the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and work well with cross-functional partners.
Candidates should be impact-focused, prioritizing work based on business impact and mentoring other engineers.
Experience in shipping quality user interfaces, particularly with React/React Native, is necessary.
