Description:

  • Develop common Digital Implementation methodologies within the Central Engineering Organisation
  • Maintain EDA tool flows & scripts to support Digital Design Team efforts
  • Partner with technology expert groups for future enhancements & technology adoption
  • Provide authoritative technical recommendations to Design teams for impactful business performance improvements
  • Identify and implement improvements to Methodology Scripts, Guidelines, and Documentation
  • Collaborate with IP Enablement and Digital Place & Route Services teams on digital library views
  • Build strong relationships with Design Teams to deliver high-quality implementation solutions
  • Challenge existing processes to drive greater efficiencies
  • Share technical knowledge through training, conferences, and lunch & learns
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Conduct proactive research to stay updated on technology developments

Requirements:

  • 7+ years industry experience
  • Strong understanding of Digital ASIC Design, Implementation & Verification flows
  • Knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, Unix/Linux Environments
  • Expertise in Logic Synthesis, Design for Test, Static Timing/Power Analysis, Formal Equivalence Checking, and Linting
  • Proficiency in Python, Perl, TCL
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Efficient communication in multi-site, multi-cultural environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize work, set goals, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills for persuasion and influence based on technical fact
  • Willingness and ability to undertake occasional international travel
  • Degree in Electronics/Microelectronics Engineering or related discipline

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the Liberty Digital Library format
