Description:
As a Staff Front End Software Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems for healthcare providers.
You will design, build, test, improve, and support features that enable customers to effectively run their business and enhance engineering team efficiency.
You will own a product end-to-end, from defining the problem to designing, building, shipping, and operating the solution.
Your focus will be on delivering value to customers while balancing speed, priority, and scope.
You will solicit feedback, learn, teach, and provide candid feedback to foster continuous improvement.
You will architect and code frameworks for team leverage and act as a go-to partner for Product Management.
You will identify key risks and opportunities, scope large-scale projects, and invest in technology to accelerate shipping rhythm.
You will rapidly form hypotheses based on data and iterate quickly to find impactful tactics.
Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of software development experience, including building production-grade web applications using React, Vue, Angular, or Material UI.
Mastery in utilizing REST/GraphQL APIs efficiently is required, with the ability to influence API design.
You should possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, NodeJS, and the tooling ecosystem (NPM, Yarn, Babel, Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
A deep understanding of the tradeoffs between static generation, server-side rendering, and client-side rendering is essential.
You must have exceptional knowledge of architecture patterns and engineering fundamentals, including data structures, caching strategies, and asynchronous programming.
Experience in leading and shipping large-scale projects from conception to production is necessary.
You should be constructively dissatisfied with the status quo and comfortable working on ill-defined problems.
Experience in building and mentoring software engineering teams is required.
You must be able to drive difficult engineering discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with query and analytical tools such as SQL, pandas, and FullStory is preferred.

The remote pay range for this position is $165,000β$180,000 USD.
