Description:

The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol on Ethereum.
The Uniswap Labs team focuses on building products to support the Uniswap Labs ecosystem.
The position is for a Staff Frontend Engineer to help build financial products.
Responsibilities include working on client, server, architecture, and infrastructure for web products, driving technical initiatives, implementing UI elements, providing mentorship, and feedback.
The role involves ensuring a high-quality user experience across various interfaces and portals.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience is required.
Deep understanding of modern client-side React applications architecture.
Prior experience in creating a design system or component library.
Proven experience as an individual contributor or Tech Lead on large projects.
Familiarity with the web3 frontend stack and a desire to keep up with modern web development practices.

Minimum full-time salary of $220,000-$260,000.
Other compensation elements include equity, tokens, and benefits.
