The Staff Frontend Engineer will focus on the launch of OS 2.0, emphasizing performance, polish, and innovation.
Responsibilities include contributing to the re-architecture of the platform, architecting reusable front-end systems, identifying web performance bottlenecks, implementing features, collaborating with product and design teams, defining technical strategies, and providing mentorship within the team.

Requirements:

Mastery in React, Typescript, or JavaScript, with a strong understanding of layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
Proficiency in Next.js, Tailwind, GraphQL, and Web3 libraries such as Wagmi/Viem.
Demonstrated experience in optimizing front-end performance and familiarity with browser APIs.
A keen eye for detail and design, with a history of delivering aesthetically pleasing products.
Experience or strong interest in blockchain technology, with enthusiasm for its potential.
Strong customer empathy and critical thinking regarding the impact of features on users and the community.
Experience in large-scale, consumer-facing front-end projects and a reputation in the open-source community, including contributions to front-end technologies.
