Description:

Phantom is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer (Platform) to join their remote team.
The role involves owning features on the Phantom web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and the company website.
The engineer will lead initiatives to support additional blockchains and launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
The position requires interfacing directly with end-users and developers to support them and gather feedback for product direction.
The engineer will contribute to team building by fostering a culture of excellence with each new hire.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with technologies such as React, Typescript, styled-components, and React-Query.
Experience with Solana web3.js and ethers.js is also necessary.
A demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms is essential.
Experience in a blockchain-based project is a nice-to-have.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
