LeanTaaS is a growth stage company that creates software solutions to transform hospital and infusion center operations using lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning.
The company serves over 190 health systems and more than 1,200 hospitals across 49 states, focusing on increasing patient access, decreasing wait times, and reducing healthcare delivery costs.
The position is for a Front-End Staff Software Engineer to work on prescriptive analytics products aimed at maximizing healthcare capacity and improving patient access.
Responsibilities include collaborating with PM, Engineering, and Design teams to develop front-end functionality, leading projects to completion, producing clean TDD-friendly front-end code, and improving front-end architecture.
The engineer will also mentor other team members and champion technical excellence through design reviews and proactive tech debt reduction.
The role is remote but limited to specific states in the U.S., with options for office work in Santa Clara, CA, and Charlotte, NC.

Requirements:

Candidates must have expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
Experience in backend development with Java or Python and a relational database like MySQL is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in a cloud environment such as AWS or GCP is necessary.
A strong get-things-done attitude, curiosity, passion, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong UI design expertise and a proven track record of shipping high-quality products are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are mandatory.
