Description:

  • LeanTaaS is a growth stage company that creates software solutions to transform hospital and infusion center operations using lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning.
  • The company serves over 190 health systems and more than 1,200 hospitals across 49 states, focusing on increasing patient access, decreasing wait times, and reducing healthcare delivery costs.
  • The position is for a Front-End Staff Software Engineer to work on prescriptive analytics products aimed at maximizing healthcare capacity and improving patient access.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with PM, Engineering, and Design teams to develop front-end functionality, leading projects to completion, producing clean TDD-friendly front-end code, and improving front-end architecture.
  • The engineer will also mentor other team members and champion technical excellence through design reviews and proactive tech debt reduction.
  • The role is remote but limited to specific states in the U.S., with options for office work in Santa Clara, CA, and Charlotte, NC.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Experience in backend development with Java or Python and a relational database like MySQL is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and deploying production-ready RESTful web services in a cloud environment such as AWS or GCP is necessary.
  • A strong get-things-done attitude, curiosity, passion, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong UI design expertise and a proven track record of shipping high-quality products are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are mandatory.
