The Staff Full-Stack Engineer will build the next generation of Agora's governance applications, focusing on product development, scaling, and user experience.
The role involves close collaboration with the head of engineering, design, and product to build and own features from start to finish.
Responsibilities include working on the front-end, determining backend data management, and writing automated tests and documentation.
2025 is expected to be a significant year for Agora, with numerous new customers and improvements planned for contracts, architecture, data layer, and mobile experience.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working on at least three production-grade stacks and distributed systems using object-oriented languages.
Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Next.js is essential, along with experience in data pipelines using Python and SQL.
A solid understanding of Ethereum’s architecture and familiarity with Layer 2 solutions is required.
Ability to read and understand Solidity code is necessary.
Strong computer science fundamentals, particularly in building scalable and maintainable systems, are expected.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code that promotes collaboration within a codebase is essential.
Candidates should be ready to start committing code from day one.
