Description:
- The Staff Full-Stack Engineer will be a key technical leader within the Servicing Platform team, responsible for building a world-class platform to enable clients to manage, understand, and use their insurance.
- Responsibilities include leading the Servicing Platform Engineering Team, driving initiatives across multiple domains, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and prototyping software applications using AI/ML technologies.
Requirements:
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in leading web application development at scale.
- Experience with TypeScript on the backend, JavaScript backend frameworks, and web development best practices.
- Proficiency with RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication skills, track record of leading engineering project teams, and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and architect complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
