Remote Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• The Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer position at Procore involves developing SaaS solutions by partnering with customers to address their needs in the construction industry.
• Responsibilities include establishing development standards, collaborating with various engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and pairing with teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, Test Driven Development, and Design principles.
• Proficiency in working with Document Management systems is necessary.
• Professional experience with Java, Typescript, or Ruby/Rails is a must.
• Understanding tradeoffs between short-term and long-term goals, working at scale, and modern web development is essential.
• Experience in building Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems at scale is required.
• Ability to work on large initiatives, course-correct as needed, and collaborate effectively with a team is crucial.
