Remote Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• Allergan Data Labs is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team focused on transforming the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie.
• The successful candidate will work on innovative technology platforms like Allē, which caters to millions of consumers, aesthetics providers, and colleagues in the US.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders, managing strategic architecture and projects, influencing technical decisions, championing code quality, and conducting design and code reviews.
• The Staff Software Engineer will mentor other engineers, contribute to software architecture decisions, and uphold core values such as humility, transparency, ownership, continuous learning, and gratitude.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React, NextJS, React Native (bonus), Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, AWS, Serverless, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, code testing, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD Pipelines, and a commitment to self-education and skill improvement.
