Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• As a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer at Pinata, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the platform using Golang, TypeScript, and React.
• You will work closely with the VP of Product, Engineering team, Product team, and leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Your role will involve contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle and making technical and architectural decisions to improve the platform.
• You will mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of learning, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and React, along with knowledge of modern development practices and architectural patterns.
• Experience working in Seed or Series A startups, understanding the challenges and dynamics of early-stage ventures.
• Demonstrated ability to learn by doing, with a portfolio of side projects or contributions to open-source projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, balancing speed with quality, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
