Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, specifically in Java backend development.
Experience in leading complex initiatives and collaborating with other teams to agree on technical designs is essential.
The role requires experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers and improving engineering practices within a team.
A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns is necessary.
Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD, Shift-Left) is required.
Candidates should be proficient in Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks is essential.
Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment is required.
Experience with Terraform, Kafka, Kubernetes, and GraphQL Federation is necessary.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud is also required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this position.
