Remote Staff-Level Backend Engineer (Web3)

Description:

• Develop a range of products on the protocol, including frontends, public APIs, and SDKs for seamless integration.
• Manage a backend synchronized with multiple blockchains to provide advanced data and features.
• Conduct regular code reviews, participate in daily meetings, and share code practices.
• Own and implement features, ensuring code clarity and optimizing backend performance.
• Organize sprints, estimate specs accurately, and communicate with the product team for clarity.
• Share expertise with other backend developers and ensure documentation for API integration.

Requirements:

• 10 years of Backend experience with proficiency in Node and TypeScript (NestJS is a plus).
• 3-4 years of experience in the web3 space, particularly interested in DeFi.
• Rust web3 experience (Reth, Alloy, and the paradigm stack) is a nice-to-have but not essential.
• Must be based in Europe.
