Description:

  • The Staff Mobile Engineer will actively participate in coding, taking on medium to complex programming tasks independently.
  • The role involves conducting code reviews, discussing implementations, applying market standards, and making architectural decisions.
  • The engineer will develop and maintain native mobile applications for both Android (using Java/Kotlin) and iOS (using Objective-C/Swift).
  • Responsibilities include working on third-party SDK integrations at a native level, exposing methods to the React Native layer.
  • The position requires implementing and maintaining security measures in mobile applications, addressing critical vulnerabilities, SSL pinning, integrity checks, secure storage, code obfuscation, and anti-hooking.
  • The engineer will evaluate and apply versions of React Native architecture and Bridge functionality.
  • The role includes implementing Push Notifications, Deeplinks, Middlewares, and navigation libraries such as react-navigation.
  • The engineer will apply concepts of TDD, BDD, and BFF, and use state management libraries, preferably Redux.
  • The position requires using CI/CD tools, publishing apps, and utilizing tools like CodePush.
  • The engineer will work with version control using GitHub, handle conflict resolution, and automate continuous integration processes.
  • Monitoring and debugging applications with tools such as Crashlytics, Firebase, New Relic, and Google Analytics is also part of the job.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must actively participate in coding, taking on medium to complex programming tasks independently.
  • The ability to conduct code reviews, discuss implementations, apply market standards, and make architectural decisions is required.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining native mobile applications for Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C/Swift) is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience working on third-party SDK integrations at a native level, exposing methods to the React Native layer.
  • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining security measures in mobile applications, including addressing critical vulnerabilities, SSL pinning, integrity checks, secure storage, code obfuscation, and anti-hooking is necessary.
