As a Staff Software Engineer, you will mentor a team of developers to build and release product features using the MERN stack.
This role will involve 100% engineering development activities.
You will implement Software Engineering practices such as Agile, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and best coding practices throughout the development cycles.
Regular code reviews and oversight of all aspects of the engineering product development cycle will be part of your responsibilities.
You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive product enhancements.

Requirements:

You must have over 10 years of hands-on technical expertise.
Relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large-scale production systems is required.
Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB is essential.
Proven leadership skills are necessary, including the courage to challenge with candor and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for both technical and non-technical audiences.
