Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Backend Development with a proven track record in large-scale software development and lifecycle management is necessary.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as C#, Java/Kotlin, or JS/Typescript, is required.
Competency in both Relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in production environments, is essential.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, is required.
Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale systems.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading small to medium-sized engineering teams, including mentoring less experienced engineers, are highly regarded.
Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD is preferred.
Extensive experience working with C# and ASP.NET is beneficial.
Prior experience in logistics or transportation systems is highly valued.
