Remote Staff Software Engineer

Description:

• Lime, the world's largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their team in Toronto, ON.
• The role involves designing and building core technology for connected vehicles, improving operational tools, and collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and PMs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building impactful products or systems.
• Proficiency in writing logical and maintainable code, providing clear feedback in code reviews, and understanding cross-functional strategies.
• Customer-centric, data-driven, and outcome-oriented with an owner's mindset and a strong influencer.
• Technical proficiency to contribute to project design and implementation, partnering with leads from various departments, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for Lime's mission and micromobility, with expertise in IoT-connected devices being a plus.
