Requirements:

• The candidate should have 10+ years of professional work experience in software development.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails is required.
• Ability to analyze requirements, improve designs, design small to medium scale systems, and possess qualities like being hands-on, passionate, persistent, creative, and humble.
