Requirements:

Candidates should have experience as a senior software engineer with Ruby on Rails and a proven track record of delivering large projects.
Applicants must be able to write maintainable code with good documentation, tests, and structure.
Experience with TDD, Kafka, Git, JavaScript, and Heroku is required.
Candidates should have worked in a metrics-driven team and care about the outcomes of their work.
Collaboration and motivation to achieve shared team goals are essential.
Applicants should be able to contribute to technical strategy and decision-making, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Experience in designing backend systems and APIs with a focus on security, reliability, and operability is preferred.

The position offers fully remote working with the option to work from offices in London, Munich, Madrid, and Porto.
