Remote Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack at Axon

Description:

As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer at Axon, you will collaborate with other staff and senior engineers to shape and drive the technical direction for the organization and products.
You will work on the My90 solution, bridging the gap between police leadership, officers, and communities through surveys and data analysis.
Responsibilities include setting a high technical bar for the team, mentoring engineers, working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and improving the Engineering process.
You will build services that meet high standards of availability, performance, and security in a mission-critical space, using the latest open source technologies.

10+ years of software engineering experience.
Previous experience building a customer facing product serving thousands of customers.
Cross-functional working experience to define requirements and build plans.
Experience in building and scaling impactful software products in a team environment.
Proficiency in backend cloud technologies like Java, Scala, Go, C#, etc.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and React.js.
Strong background in relational and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server and Cassandra.
Ability to design and deliver high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems.
Track record of setting technical and organizational direction for a growing engineering team.

Total compensation company with base pay ranging from USD 148,000 to USD 285,000 depending on factors like level, experience, and location.
