Kyruus Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Search Services team, focusing on building quality healthcare software solutions.
The role involves technical leadership, ownership of solutions, systems, and projects, and contributing to the growth of other software engineers.
Responsibilities include developing, reviewing, testing, and debugging code, as well as executing tactical and strategic plans from discovery through delivery.
The position requires deep technical expertise in full-stack, cloud-based SaaS application development, AI-augmented search technology, and large language models (LLMs).
Daily tasks include designing and writing code, participating in Agile DevOps activities, and driving clarity in planning and task prioritization.
The engineer will own multiple products with a DevOps mindset, ensuring quality solutions through test-driven development, automation, and secure coding practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in assessing business value, trade-offs, and technical constraints.

The compensation package includes a base pay range of $155,000 - $175,000 per year, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity.
